CLASS ACTION & PRODUCT LIABILITY LITIGATION | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY (4+ YRS): Our client,  highly respected regional firm, is seeking a full-time Litigation Associate to join its Class Action & Product Liability Litigation Group. 

The associate will handle sophisticated product liability and class action matters, supporting complex litigation on behalf of major corporate clients. The role involves intensive legal research, drafting and editing substantive motions and briefs, analyzing complex fact patterns, and contributing to case strategy in high-stakes litigation. This position is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong intellectual rigor to their work, and wants to build a long-term career in complex commercial and product liability litigation at a nationally recognized firm. REQUIRED: A JD from a first-tier accredited law school with top academic credentials (top 20% of the class), a minimum of 4 years of substantive litigation experience, and demonstrated excellence in research, legal analysis, and brief writing; exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail and organization; and admission in good standing to the Georgia Bar or eligibility to waive in promptly.
