REAL ESTATE - TRANSACTIONAL | JUNIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE (1-3 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, Real Estate practice group is seeking a junior associate with 1-3 years of transactional real estate experience. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing, along with the confidence and professionalism to work directly with clients on a daily basis. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle sophisticated commercial real estate matters with precision.
The Associate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex real estate documents including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents while collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic legal guidance. Additional responsibilities include conducting due diligence, managing closing processes, and supporting the full life cycle of real estate transactions within a highly collaborative national practice.
REQUIRED: A Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with 1-3 years of real estate transactional experience; strong drafting, analytical, and communication abilities; sound judgment and attention to detail; confidence interfacing with clients; and an active law license in good standing in the state where the candidate will practice.
