REAL ESTATE – TRANSACTIONAL | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (4-6 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, Real Estate practice group is seeking a mid-level associate with 4-6 years of substantive real estate transactional experience to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing, along with experience involving real estate debt or equity matters. This position offers direct client engagement, significant responsibility, and the opportunity to work alongside a sophisticated national real estate practice. The Associate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex real estate agreements including purchase contracts, leases, and financing documents; advising clients on strategic and business-driven legal issues; conducting comprehensive due diligence; and managing all phases of real estate transactions from inception through closing. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, advanced communication skills, strong transactional judgment, and the ability to work independently while contributing meaningfully to a team.

REQUIRED: A Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with 4-6years of substantive commercial real estate transactional experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and exposure to real estate debt or equity matters; excellent drafting, analytical, and client-facing communication skills; the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously with precision; a commitment to client service; and an active law license in good standing in the state of the office where the candidate intends to practice.
