CORPORATE – M&A | JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2-4 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm,  is seeking a Corporate Associate with 2–4 years of experience to join its Business Group in Atlanta. This role provides the opportunity to work within a robust and sophisticated corporate practice handling mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and a broad range of general corporate transactions. The Associate will support complex deals across diverse industries, collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients, and play a meaningful role throughout the full lifecycle of corporate transactions.

The Associate will be responsible for coordinating and conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing closings, and handling post-closing matters. The role also involves advising clients on general corporate law matters including entity selection, formation, governance, and strategic transactional considerations. This position is ideal for a driven Associate seeking high-level transactional exposure in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

REQUIRED: A Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with a strong academic record and 2–4 years of substantive experience handling mergers and acquisitions and related corporate transactions, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and coordinating closings; demonstrated working knowledge of corporate law, entity formation, choice of entity, and corporate governance; experience with joint ventures and commercial contracts preferred; prior Am Law 100 experience strongly preferred; exceptional project management skills; persuasive written and verbal communication abilities with demonstrated initiative; proven ability to manage sophisticated transactions while maintaining priorities, anticipating issues, and exercising sound judgment; admission to the Georgia Bar, eligibility to waive into the Georgia Bar, or willingness to sit for the Georgia Bar Exam.
