REAL ESTATE | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3-6 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its Real Estate team. The position offers the opportunity to work in a sophisticated and fast-paced practice handling complex commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, land use, financing, title and survey review, and closing coordination.

REQUIRED: Candidates must have 3-6 years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions; experience should include drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, reviewing and analyzing title and survey, handling diligence, coordinating closings, and counseling clients on development and land matters, strong working knowledge of general real estate law and complex dirt matters, experience working in an Am Law 100 or comparably sophisticated practice is strongly preferred, a strong academic record, having earned a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school, must be admitted to practice in Georgia, eligible to waive admission to the Georgia Bar, or willing to sit for the Georgia Bar Exam.
