ANTITRUST & COMPETITION | OF COUNSEL (8+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an Of Counsel with at least 8 years of substantive Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) experience to join its Antitrust & Competition Group. This role will support high-value transactional matters including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures for sophisticated domestic and global clients. The position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment handling significant antitrust strategy, merger control processes, and regulatory filings while serving as a key advisor on complex transactional activity. Candidates with relevant government or agency experience are welcome. 

Ideal candidates will have demonstrated exceptional analytical ability, refined written and verbal advocacy skills, precise attention to detail, strong judgment, the proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines, and the professionalism, leadership capability, and interpersonal skills needed to supervise junior attorneys and work seamlessly with clients, colleagues, and regulators on high-stakes matters.

REQUIRED: Candidates must have a minimum of eight years of direct experience handling HSR filings and managing merger control processes, including significant exposure to transactional antitrust issues; must possess a JD from an accredited U.S. law school; must be admitted to practice and in good standing in the jurisdiction in which they intend to practice; must have proven AmLaw 100-level experience or experience in a comparably sophisticated practice environment; and must demonstrate superior written and analytical skills, the ability to manage complex transactional workflows, and the maturity, professionalism, and collaborative mindset expected in a senior counsel position.
