REAL ESTATE | COUNSEL (7+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Counsel to join its Atlanta office. This role provides the opportunity to work within a sophisticated real estate practice supporting complex transactions across multiple asset classes on a nationally recognized platform.

The successful candidate will focus on real estate diligence matters, including review and analysis of title, survey, and zoning issues, as well as drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related documentation. The position offers meaningful responsibility, collaboration with experienced practitioners, and direct involvement in high-level real estate transactions requiring strong analytical judgment and attention to detail.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; minimum of 7 years of relevant real estate experience; demonstrated experience with real estate diligence including title, survey, and zoning matters; experience drafting and negotiating leases across various asset classes; excellent academic credentials; strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; and active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction.
