REAL ESTATE | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (4-6 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Associate to join its Atlanta office. This role offers the opportunity to work within a sophisticated real estate practice supporting complex acquisition, disposition, and development transactions on a nationally recognized platform.

The successful candidate will assist with a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects, while collaborating closely with partners and clients on strategic transactional work. Experience representing borrowers in financing transactions and involvement with joint venture structures is strongly valued. The role provides meaningful responsibility, client interaction, and exposure to complex deal work within a collaborative team environment.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; approximately 4–6 years of relevant real estate transactional experience; experience with real estate acquisition, disposition, and development matters; excellent academic credentials; strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; and active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction.
