REAL ESTATE| MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (4-6 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Real Estate group. This position offers the opportunity to work within a sophisticated real estate practice supporting complex financing transactions and lender-side matters on a national platform.
The successful candidate will handle a range of real estate finance work, including lender representation, loan document drafting and negotiation, and title and survey diligence. The role provides meaningful exposure to complex commercial real estate transactions while collaborating closely with experienced attorneys and clients in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work product.
REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; approximately 4–6 years of relevant real estate transactional experience; experience with real estate financing and lender-side representation; proficiency drafting loan documents and conducting title and survey diligence; excellent academic credentials; strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; and active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction.
