LITIGATION- CLASS ACTION & PRODUCT LIABILITY| MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm,  is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Class Action & Product Liability Litigation group. This position offers the opportunity to work within a sophisticated litigation practice handling complex mass tort, class action, and product liability matters on a national platform alongside experienced litigators.

The successful candidate will support high-stakes litigation matters involving class actions, mass tort disputes, and product liability cases. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing case strategy and discovery, and collaborating with partners and clients on complex litigation matters. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong analytical and writing abilities, excellent academic credentials, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment while contributing to a collaborative team.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; minimum of 3 years of litigation experience with exposure to mass torts, class action, or product liability matters; top academic credentials (top 20% of class from a first-tier law school preferred); strong research, analytical, and writing skills; excellent communication abilities; and active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction.
