REAL ESTATE | JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2–4 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm,  is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its Real Estate group. 

The Associate will support a broad range of commercial finance and real estate lending matters, representing both traditional and non-traditional lenders and borrowers in complex financing transactions. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating financing documentation, assisting with acquisition financings, working capital facilities, letters of credit, and other secured lending arrangements, and collaborating with deal teams to manage transactions from diligence through closing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and drafting skills, exceptional organization and attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple transactional matters within a collaborative team environment.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 2–4 years of experience in commercial finance, corporate lending, or real estate finance transactions; strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills; excellent academic credentials; and active bar admission in a jurisdiction where Nelson Mullins maintains an office.
