LABOR & EMPLOYMENT | SENIOR ASSOCIATE OR COUNSEL (6+ YRS): Our client, a top AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel-level attorney to join its national Labor & Employment Department, with a primary focus on labor relations matters with 6 years of experience.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience representing management in labor relations and union matters, and will thrive in a collaborative, growth-oriented practice. Candidates should have at least 6 years of experience advising employers on issues under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), conducting collective bargaining, handling unfair labor practice charges, and managing union organizing campaigns. Experience with high-stakes OSHA matters is a plus. The position requires the ability to navigate complex labor and employment issues efficiently while maintaining exceptional client service.
REQUIRED: J.D. from an accredited law school; active GA Bar admission; minimum of 6 years of management-side labor relations experience; proven track record handling collective bargaining, union-related matters, and NLRA issues; strong research, writing, and communication skills; and the ability to work collaboratively while managing matters independently.
