CORPORATE | JUNIOR ASSOCIATE (1–3 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw200 firm, is seeking a Junior Associate to join its Corporate & Business Transactions Practice Group.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with one to three years of experience advising clients on general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. The position offers the opportunity to work with sophisticated clients on complex transactions while collaborating with experienced attorneys on all phases of the deal process.

The Corporate Associate will assist in the representation of public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and strategic investors in a broad range of corporate transactions. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents, conducting legal due diligence, preparing closing deliverables, coordinating transaction workflows, and supporting deal execution from inception through closing. The role also includes leveraging firm-supported legal technology and artificial intelligence tools to streamline due diligence, analyze transaction documents, improve efficiency, and enhance overall transaction management.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have one to three years of experience handling general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity transactions, in a law firm setting. Applicants should possess strong academic credentials, outstanding analytical, drafting, and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Admission to practice in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to work, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly, is required.
