CORPORATE ASSOCIATE | JUNIOR LEVEL (1–3 YRS): Our client, a regional AmLaw200 firm, is seeking a Junior Corporate Associate with 1-3 years of experience advising clients on general corporate matters, including M&A and private equity transactions. The position offers the opportunity to work with sophisticated clients on complex transactions while collaborating with experienced attorneys on all phases of the deal process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the representation of public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and strategic investors in a broad range of corporate transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents; conduct legal due diligence; prepare closing deliverables; coordinate transaction workflows; and support deal execution from inception through closing
• Leverage firm-supported legal technology and AI tools to streamline due diligence, analyze transaction documents, improve efficiency, and enhance overall transaction management

REQUIREMENTS: 

• 1-3 years exp. handling general corporate matters, including M&A and/or private equity transactions in a law firm setting
• Outstanding analytical, drafting, and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment 
• J.D. from accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
• Georgia Bar Admission, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
