LITIGATION | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (4–6 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw200 firm, is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Litigation Practice.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with four to six years of complex business litigation experience who is interested in handling sophisticated disputes for corporate and business clients. The position offers the opportunity to work on high-value litigation matters while collaborating with experienced attorneys in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
The Litigation Associate will represent clients in a broad range of complex commercial disputes and litigation matters. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, managing discovery, preparing litigation strategies, assisting with depositions and hearings, and supporting all phases of dispute resolution. Experience handling employment litigation and/or real estate-related disputes is considered a plus. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and attorneys across practice areas to develop practical, business-focused solutions to complex legal challenges.
REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have four to six years of experience handling complex business litigation matters in a law firm setting. Applicants should possess exceptional writing, research, analytical, and communication skills, along with strong academic credentials. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred but not required. A J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice, or eligibility for admission, in the applicable jurisdiction are required.
