REAL ESTATE - TRANSACTIONAL REAL ESTATE FINANCE | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2–5 YRS): Our client, a boutique firm, is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Real Estate Practice Group.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with two to five years of substantive transactional real estate experience, including experience with real estate debt and/or equity matters. The position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate transactions while advising clients on complex acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development projects, and financing matters in a collaborative and dynamic practice environment.

The Transactional Real Estate Associate will support clients across a broad range of commercial real estate transactions. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and other complex real estate agreements; advising clients on real estate debt and equity structures; conducting due diligence; managing closing processes; and collaborating with clients and attorneys across practice areas to achieve strategic business objectives. The successful candidate will provide practical legal guidance throughout all stages of real estate transactions while managing multiple matters in an active practice.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have two to five years of experience handling transactional real estate matters, with experience involving real estate financing, debt, and/or equity transactions preferred. Applicants should possess excellent academic credentials, superior drafting and writing skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to effectively manage complex transactions. Admission to the Georgia Bar, or eligibility to waive into Georgia, is required.
