GENERAL LIABILITY / INSURANCE DEFENSE |JUNIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2+ YRS): Our client, a national firm,  is seeking a junior level associate to join its General Liability and Insurance Defense practice. This position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload while working within a collaborative, client-focused environment known for delivering high-quality legal services across a national platform.

The Associate will handle cases from inception through resolution, including conducting file review and legal analysis of claims and causes of action, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery, and representing clients in court, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions. Responsibilities also include coordinating with expert witnesses, preparing for trial, and working closely with partners and clients to develop and execute litigation strategy. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and litigation skills, the ability to manage multiple matters effectively, and a high level of ownership while meeting a 1,950-hour annual billable requirement.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school; active admission to the Georgia Bar; 2+ years of experience in general liability, insurance defense, or related litigation; strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; experience with depositions, mediations, and court proceedings; ability to work independently and collaboratively; and strong organizational and client communication skills.
