ENERGY | JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2-3 YRS): Our client, a national firm, is seeking a junior to mid-level Associate to join its Corporate Practice Group with a focus on energy transactions and project finance. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated energy development and financing matters within a collaborative national practice.

The Associate will support a broad range of energy-related transactions, including energy development projects, project finance matters, and related corporate transactions. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating energy-related development agreements, assisting with financing structures, coordinating transactional due diligence, and supporting clients through all stages of project development and financing. The role may also involve exposure to tax equity financing structures and renewable energy projects.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school; 1–4 years of large law firm transactional experience; ideally 2–3 years of energy development and/or energy project finance experience; strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills; excellent academic credentials; and active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction based on office location. Experience with tax equity financing structures and energy development agreements is preferred.
