MASS TORT & PRODUCT LIABILITY | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (4-5 YRS): Our client, a national firm,  is seeking an Associate to join its Mass Tort & Product Liability practice. This opportunity offers the ability to work on complex, high-stakes litigation matters involving product liability, mass tort claims, and other sophisticated disputes for national and international clients.

The Associate will support all phases of litigation, including case strategy development, legal research, motion practice, written discovery, depositions, expert witness coordination, and trial preparation. Responsibilities include drafting substantive pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents; managing discovery; analyzing complex factual and legal issues; and collaborating with litigation teams across multiple offices on significant product liability and mass tort matters. The role also provides opportunities for direct client interaction and meaningful responsibility in the management of complex litigation.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced trial lawyers while developing expertise in mass tort and product liability defense.

REQUIRED: J.D. from an accredited law school; 4–5 years of general litigation experience; strong academic credentials; exceptional legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills; ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team; and a demonstrated commitment to client service. Experience with mass tort, product liability, insurance defense, or construction litigation is preferred.
