BUSINESS LITIGATION | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (4–6 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw50 firm, is seeking a mid-level Business Litigation Associate to join its nationally recognized Business Litigation Practice Group.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with four to six years of commercial litigation experience who is interested in handling high-stakes disputes for sophisticated corporate clients. The position offers the opportunity to work alongside nationally recognized trial lawyers on complex litigation matters while gaining meaningful responsibility in all phases of litigation within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
The Business Litigation Associate will represent clients in a broad range of complex commercial disputes from pre-litigation through trial. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of discovery, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, preparing witnesses, conducting legal research, developing case strategy, supporting trial preparation, and collaborating with clients and trial teams throughout the litigation process. The successful candidate will work on sophisticated business disputes while contributing to the firm's commitment to exceptional client service and professional development.
REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have four to six years of commercial litigation experience gained at a large law firm or civil litigation boutique. Applicants should possess outstanding academic credentials, exceptional written and oral advocacy skills, and significant experience handling discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Strong analytical, research, drafting, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple complex matters in a fast-paced environment. Admission to the Georgia Bar, or eligibility to practice in Georgia, is required.
