BUSINESS - RESTRUCTURING, CREDITORS RIGHTS & BANKRUPTCY:  Our client, the Atlanta office of an AmLaw 200 law firm, is seeking a Business Restructuring, Creditors Rights & Bankruptcy Associate with 3-6 years of bankruptcy practice experience. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, and excellent legal research and writing skills are required.  Prior judicial clerkship experience for a bankruptcy judge is a plus but is not required. The associate will be involved in complex bankruptcy matters in a sophisticated and diverse practice.

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials; GA Bar admission; ability to establish strong client and peer relationships; attention to detail; strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
