COMMERCIAL LITIGATION (LANDLORD & TENANT RIGHTS)| MID TO SENIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE (6+ YRS): Our client, a full-service Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney. This position offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated litigation matters with a focus on landlord and tenant disputes, real estate-related litigation, and complex commercial matters within a nationally recognized practice.

The Attorney will manage all phases of litigation from inception through resolution, including drafting and reviewing pleadings, conducting legal research and analysis, handling motion practice, and providing oral advocacy in court. The role involves representing clients in complex commercial disputes, including landlord-tenant matters, premises liability claims, HOA-related issues, and regulatory compliance matters. The ideal candidate will bring strong litigation experience, the ability to manage multiple cases effectively, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school; active admission to the Georgia Bar; at least 6 years of complex commercial litigation experience; experience with landlord-tenant litigation, premises liability, HOA matters, and real estate-related disputes; strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills; and excellent communication and advocacy abilities. Admission to the Alabama Bar is a plus.
