CORPORATE:  Our client, the Atlanta office of a regional law firm, is seeking an associate with 4+ years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, securities, and private equity experience to join their team. Large law firm experience is strongly preferred.

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record; GA Bar Admission; and strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
