FINANCE: Our client, a national law firm, is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of experience with  a variety of complex financial transactions, including syndicated and portfolio transactions, for their industry-leading Finance group. An understanding and working knowledge of Article 9 of the U.C.C. and the Bankruptcy Code in all phases of commercial finance transactions is required. Experience with workouts/restructuring and/or M&A and private equity transactions is a plus. 

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials; GA Bar admission; attention to detail; strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
