GENERAL LIABILITY | INSURANCE DEFENSE ATTORNEY- PARTNERSHIP TRACK (1–15 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an attorney to join its General Liability Practice in the Atlanta office. This role offers the opportunity to work within a nationally recognized insurance defense team handling complex litigation matters including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and high-exposure personal injury cases.

The Attorney will manage all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case strategy, motion practice, discovery, depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trial preparation. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, managing case files, collaborating with clients and litigation teams, and contributing to trial strategy within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong litigation skills, excellent writing and analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage matters independently while working as part of a large national practice. Partnership opportunities may be considered for candidates with significant relevant experience.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 1–15 years of litigation experience with emphasis on insurance defense, personal injury, or premises liability matters; strong research and writing skills; excellent communication abilities; and active Georgia Bar admission in good standing.
