Description

IMMIGRATION | SENIOR PARALEGAL (5+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 60 firm, is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to support its business immigration practice. This role is integral to a high-volume, sophisticated immigration practice and offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys and senior team members on complex employment-based immigration matters for corporate clients.

The Immigration Paralegal will support a full range of business immigration matters, including H-1B, L-1, E, and TN nonimmigrant visa petitions, I-140 immigrant petitions, Adjustment of Status applications, and PERM labor certification filings. Responsibilities include drafting immigration forms and support letters for attorney review, preparing complete petition and application packages for filing, managing and maintaining accurate records in immigration case management systems, reviewing intake documentation for accuracy and completeness, and assisting with responses to Requests for Evidence. The role may also involve limited family-based and naturalization matters, as well as statutory, regulatory, and case law research as needed. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are essential.

REQUIRED: Ideally, candidates will have 2+ years of experience handling employment-based immigration matters, including strong hands-on experience with PERM labor certifications, nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, and RFE responses; proficiency with immigration case management systems such as Immigration Tracker, INSZoom, or similar platforms; excellent organizational, case management, writing, and communication skills with close attention to detail; and a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Korean fluency or bilingual proficiency in Korean is important. A paralegal certification is preferred but not required.

TO APPLY: Please submit a resume, cover letter, and academic transcripts in PDF format.
