REAL ESTATE LEASING | MID TO SENIOR ATTORNEY (5+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an experienced Leasing Attorney to join its Real Estate Group. This position is open across multiple offices, including Atlanta, and offers the opportunity to work within a leading global law firm advising clients on sophisticated commercial leasing matters across various asset classes.

The Attorney will serve as lead counsel on commercial leasing transactions, including drafting and negotiating leases and related agreements such as letters of intent, work letters, transfer consents, lender subordination agreements, and SNDAs. Responsibilities include advising clients on market lease terms, representing landlords across office, retail, industrial, and life sciences properties, and managing leasing transactions from negotiation through execution. The role also involves supervising junior attorneys, coordinating with brokers, property managers, and opposing counsel, and delivering strategic, business-oriented legal advice aligned with client objectives.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; minimum of 5 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases; strong knowledge of leasing market standards across multiple asset types; excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills; strong organizational and communication abilities; and active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction. Experience representing landlords is preferred.
