LITIGATION | JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2–4 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Atlanta office as part of a national-caliber, high-stakes litigation practice. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, sophisticated matters alongside experienced litigators within a highly regarded national platform.
The Associate will support complex litigation matters involving difficult legal and factual issues, including researching and drafting pleadings, motions, and substantive legal memoranda. Responsibilities include assisting with case strategy, conducting in-depth legal research, preparing for hearings and trial proceedings, and collaborating closely with litigation teams on high-exposure matters. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical thinking, strategic judgment, strong oral advocacy skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a cohesive team environment.
REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from a nationally recognized law school with top 10% academic performance; law review, moot court, or trial team experience preferred; prior or current judicial clerkship experience (preferably with a United States District Judge); 2–4 years of complex litigation experience; strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; and active Georgia Bar admission or eligibility for admission in the near future.
