HEALTHCARE | ASSOCIATE (3-5 YRS): Our client, an AMLaw 200 firm, is seeking a Healthcare Regulatory & Transactional Associate to advise institutional healthcare providers on sophisticated federal and state regulatory and transactional matters. The Associate will support corporate transactions involving healthcare entities, including regulatory due diligence, transaction structuring, and drafting and reviewing transactional documents to ensure compliance with applicable healthcare laws and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have 3-5 years of meaningful healthcare regulatory and transactional experience, including experience advising on federal and state regulatory matters involving institutional healthcare providers. Substantive knowledge of the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute is essential. Experience handling Change of Ownership (CHOW) transactions and related regulatory filings is preferred, as is familiarity with OIG and CMS voluntary self-disclosure protocols. Candidates should also have experience conducting corporate and regulatory due diligence, structuring healthcare transactions, and drafting and reviewing related transactional documents. Candidates must be self-starters with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
