Description
REAL ESTATE FINANCE | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3-8 YRS): Our client, a national firm, is seeking a driven mid-level associate to join its national Real Estate Finance practice. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of law firm experience handling sophisticated real estate lending transactions, including balance-sheet bank lending work, although such experience is preferred rather than required. The role involves drafting and negotiating complex loan documents, managing deal processes, and advising on high-level commercial real estate finance matters. Candidates should demonstrate excellent drafting and negotiation abilities, strong analytical thinking, and a superior academic background. This position offers meaningful responsibility, substantial client interaction, and the opportunity to work within a fully integrated nationwide practice.
The Associate will support real estate finance transactions across multiple jurisdictions and collaborate with attorneys in New York, Washington D.C., Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Cleveland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Irvine. The role requires strong communication skills, a commitment to teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIRED: A Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 3-8 years of experience in real estate finance at a law firm; strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills; a superior academic record; and the ability to handle significant responsibility while maintaining a collaborative and client-focused approach. Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of the resident office, or eligibility to become admitted promptly, is necessary.
