REAL ESTATE - FINANCE | COUNSEL (10+ YRS): Our client, an AMLaw 100 firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Counsel to join its Debt, Servicing and Restructuring Group. The Counsel will advise lenders and commercial real estate developers on sophisticated real estate and finance transactions throughout the United States, including senior, mezzanine, and equity financing, acquisitions, dispositions, development, foreclosures, and workouts.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have 10+ years of significant commercial real estate finance experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders. Candidates should possess strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, excellent academic credentials, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Candidates must also be admitted and in good standing in an applicable jurisdiction.
