CORPORATE TRANSACTIONAL SECURITIES | JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2–7 YRS): Our client, AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its Corporate Practice Group supporting public company securities and transactional matters. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic and growing platform handling sophisticated securities and corporate transactions, including public company reporting and governance matters on a national practice platform.
The successful candidate will work on a broad range of public company securities matters under the ’33 Act and ’34 Act, along with transactional and governance work such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate maintenance and formation, corporate finance, licensing, and venture capital financing. This position provides exposure to complex corporate matters, direct collaboration with experienced practitioners, and meaningful responsibility within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 2–7 years of experience in corporate transactional or securities matters; experience with public company securities work (’33 Act and ’34 Act) preferred; strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills; excellent academic credentials; and active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction.
