HEALTHCARE REGULATORY | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3-5 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Healthcare practice. This role offers the opportunity to advise institutional healthcare providers on sophisticated regulatory and transactional matters within a nationally recognized healthcare platform.
The Associate will counsel clients on federal and state healthcare regulatory issues arising in corporate and transactional matters. Responsibilities include advising on compliance with the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute, conducting corporate and regulatory due diligence, structuring transactions to comply with healthcare regulations, and drafting and reviewing transactional documents. The role may also involve handling Change of Ownership (CHOW) transactions and related filings, as well as matters involving OIG and CMS voluntary self-disclosure protocols.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 3–5 years of experience in healthcare regulatory and transactional matters; experience advising on federal and state healthcare regulations in connection with corporate transactions; substantive knowledge of the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute; strong drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills; and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Experience with CHOW transactions and OIG/CMS self-disclosure protocols is preferred.
