TRADEMARK & COPYRIGHT | MID TO SENIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE (5+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a mid to senior level Associate to join its nationally recognized Trademark & Copyright Team. This opportunity offers the ability to work with major global brands on sophisticated domestic and international trademark portfolio management and enforcement matters within one of the country’s leading intellectual property practices.

The Associate will manage and support high-volume, multi-jurisdictional trademark clearance matters, develop global trademark filing and enforcement strategies, and oversee large international trademark portfolios. Responsibilities include advising clients on brand protection and enforcement issues, coordinating worldwide trademark prosecution strategies, managing global filing programs, handling enforcement initiatives, and counseling clients on complex trademark and copyright matters. Experience with Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings is beneficial but not required.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 5+ years of significant trademark and brand management experience; experience conducting and managing multi-jurisdictional trademark clearances and global filing/enforcement programs; strong legal writing, analytical, and critical thinking skills; exceptional organization and attention to detail; and the ability to manage complex trademark portfolios independently.
