FINANCIAL RESTRUCTURING & REORGANIZATION | JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2-4 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a junior to mid-level Associate to join its Financial Restructuring & Reorganization practice. This opportunity offers the ability to work on sophisticated restructuring, insolvency, bankruptcy, and distressed transaction matters within a nationally recognized practice.
The Associate will represent clients in a broad range of financial restructuring and bankruptcy matters, including business reorganizations, corporate restructurings, bankruptcy-related litigation, and insolvency proceedings. Responsibilities include advising debtors, creditors, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders in Chapter 11 and related proceedings; conducting legal research and analysis; drafting pleadings, motions, and substantive bankruptcy filings; participating in negotiations and restructuring strategies; and supporting complex litigation arising from distressed situations and insolvency matters.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 2–4 years of experience in financial restructuring, business reorganization, bankruptcy-related litigation, and bankruptcy law; excellent academic credentials; strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills; and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced practice environment.
