LITIGATION- FINANCIAL SERVICES LITIGATION | MID TO SENIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE: Our client, an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Financial Services Litigation Practice Group. This opportunity offers the ability to work on sophisticated financial services disputes while developing strong client relationships and gaining meaningful responsibility within a collaborative and growing litigation practice.
The Associate will represent financial institutions, lenders, servicers, and other clients in a broad range of litigation matters. Responsibilities include managing all phases of litigation, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive filings, participating in discovery, preparing witnesses, handling court appearances, and supporting trial and appellate matters. The role provides significant client contact, hands-on mentoring from experienced litigators, and opportunities to assume increasing responsibility as part of a nationally recognized practice.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 3+ years of litigation experience; strong legal research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills; exceptional client service abilities; strong academic credentials; and active membership in the applicable state bar. Federal judicial clerkship experience is preferred. Experience in financial services litigation is beneficial but not required, as candidates with various litigation backgrounds will be considered.
