COMPLEX LITIGATION | JUNIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2-3YRS): Our client, an AmLaw100 firm,  is seeking an Associate to join its Complex Litigation practice.

This opportunity is ideal for a litigation associate looking to build a sophisticated commercial litigation practice at an AmLaw 100 firm. The role offers hands-on responsibility representing clients in complex business disputes while working alongside experienced litigators on high stakes matters across a variety of industries.

The Associate will represent clients in commercial and complex litigation matters through all phases of litigation. Responsibilities include drafting and arguing discovery motions and other substantive motions, taking and defending depositions, managing cases from inception through resolution, developing litigation strategy, conducting legal research, preparing written advocacy, and collaborating with attorneys across the litigation team to deliver exceptional client service.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have 2 to 3 years of meaningful experience in commercial and complex litigation. Prior federal judicial clerkship experience is preferred. Applicants should possess exceptional organizational, oral advocacy, and legal writing skills, strong academic credentials, and a solid understanding of procedural and substantive law. Candidates must have experience managing litigation matters, be capable of taking ownership of cases, demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, and be admitted to and in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
