TRADE SECRETS LITIGATION (MID-LEVEL): Our client, the Atlanta office an AmLaw 200 law firm, is seeking a mid-level trade secrets/ non compete litigator with 3-5 years of experience in restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation to join its premier Employee Defection and Trade Secrets practice group.
The ideal candidate will have appreciable experience litigating restrictive covenant and trade secret matters, including motions for injunctive relief, motions for expedited discovery, and deposition and discovery experience (including substantial exposure to computer forensics and e-discovery issues). Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIRED: a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and excellent academic credentials; bar admission in the jurisdiction of candidate’s preferred office location; strong analytical and writing skills; attention to detail and excellent organization skills. The Associate must be located within reasonable proximity to one of the listed offices, Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Irvine or New York. While this role offers some flexibility, it is important that the associate resides within a reasonable distance from an office to facilitate in-person collaboration, as needed.
