REAL ESTATE- AFFORDABLE HOUSING | JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL  ASSOCIATE (1+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a junior to mid-level  associate to join its Affordable Housing Team. 

The Associate will support a range of affordable housing matters, including transactions involving low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC), development projects, and related financing structures. Responsibilities include assisting with deal structuring, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, conducting due diligence, coordinating closings, and working with developers, investors, and lenders on complex housing projects. The role offers meaningful client interaction and the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys across offices, contributing to high-impact projects in the affordable housing space.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; at least 1 year of experience in affordable housing, real estate, or related transactional work; strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills; excellent academic credentials; and active bar admission in a state where Nelson Mullins has an office.
