GENERAL LIABILITY, COMPLEX LIABILITY & CATASTROPHIC LOSS | JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2+ YRS): Our client, a national insurance defense firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join. This position offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated general liability and catastrophic loss matters from inception through resolution while working directly with clients, experts, and senior litigators. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong litigation, analytical, and client-service skills.

The Associate will manage a diverse caseload involving general liability, complex liability, and catastrophic injury claims. Responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing claims and causes of action, conducting extensive legal research, drafting substantive briefs, memoranda, pleadings, and appellate filings, preparing and responding to discovery, attending and defending depositions, collaborating with expert witnesses, representing clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, mediations, and hearings, and assisting with all phases of trial preparation and trial attendance.
