INSURANCE LITIGATION | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3-4 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw100 firm, is seeking an Associate to join its Insurance Litigation practice.

This opportunity is ideal for a litigation associate with insurance coverage experience looking to handle sophisticated coverage disputes for insurers and policyholders. The role offers the opportunity to work on complex insurance litigation matters while collaborating with attorneys across a nationally recognized litigation practice.

The Associate will represent clients in complex insurance litigation and coverage disputes involving a wide range of commercial insurance policies. Responsibilities include handling complex litigation matters from inception through resolution, drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, analyzing insurance coverage issues involving commercial general liability (CGL), umbrella, and excess policies, conducting legal research, developing litigation strategy, and representing clients in insurance coverage disputes.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have 3 to 4 years of insurance litigation experience, including experience handling complex litigation matters, drafting legal documents, analyzing insurance coverage issues involving CGL, umbrella, and excess policies, and representing clients in complex insurance coverage disputes. Experience with policyholder insurance recovery litigation is preferred. Candidates should possess strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills and be committed to delivering exceptional client service.
