LITIGATION | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3-5 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw200 firm,  is seeking an Associate to join its Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice.

This opportunity is ideal for a litigation associate looking to build a sophisticated commercial litigation practice at an Am Law 200 firm. The role offers the opportunity to work on complex business disputes while gaining meaningful responsibility and collaborating with experienced litigators across a broad range of industries.

The Associate will represent clients in complex business litigation matters through all phases of litigation. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal filings, conducting legal research, managing discovery, preparing written advocacy, developing litigation strategy, and working closely with clients and litigation teams to resolve complex disputes. Associates may also have the opportunity to handle matters involving employment and real estate litigation.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of litigation experience, including experience with complex business litigation. Experience in employment litigation and/or real estate litigation is a plus. Judicial clerkship experience is also preferred. Applicants should possess strong academic credentials, exceptional legal writing skills, and the ability to manage sophisticated litigation matters in a collaborative environment.
