CORPORATE - MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS, PRIVATE EQUITY, & GOVERNANCE | PARTNER (10–15 YRS):  Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a lateral Corporate Partner to join its Corporate & Private Equity team. This position offers flexibility in location across the firm’s national office platform, including Atlanta, and provides the opportunity to work within a growing corporate practice advising companies, private equity funds, and venture capital funds on sophisticated transactional matters.

The Partner will advise clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and general corporate governance. Responsibilities include providing strategic counsel on business structuring and growth initiatives, managing complex transactions, and developing client relationships across a broad spectrum of industries. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in corporate transactions, strong analytical and communication skills, and a demonstrated track record of business development and client management.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 10–15 years of meaningful experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate governance; strong academic credentials; demonstrated business development experience with some portable business preferred; and active bar admission in the jurisdiction where the candidate practices.
