EMPLOYMENT & LABOR | JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2-6 YRS): Our client, a global firm,  is seeking a junior to mid-level Associate to join its Employment & Labor. This opportunity offers the ability to work with local, national, and multinational employers on sophisticated employment litigation, counseling, labor relations, and transactional employment matters within one of the world’s largest law firms.

The Associate will advise clients on a broad range of employment and human resources issues, including drafting and reviewing employment agreements, employee handbooks, workplace policies, severance agreements, and other employment-related documents. Responsibilities include managing employment litigation matters involving single-plaintiff claims, class actions, ERISA disputes, wage and hour litigation, and administrative agency proceedings. The role also includes taking and defending depositions, managing discovery, drafting and arguing motions, examining witnesses at trial, conducting internal investigations, and developing litigation strategy.

In addition, the Associate will counsel clients on sensitive personnel matters, workplace policies, traditional labor issues, National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) matters, and employment-related due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, including reviewing employment provisions within asset and stock purchase agreements.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 2–6 years of employment litigation and counseling experience; strong writing, analytical, communication, organizational, and time-management skills; commitment to client service; and active bar admission in the jurisdiction where the attorney will practice. Trial experience is a plus.
