COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE:  Our client, the Atlanta office of an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, particularly with representing developers, owners, and investors in structuring and closing complex real estate transactions. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of real estate law, including financing, acquisitions, dispositions, and development transactions.

REQUIRED:  A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and excellent academic credentials; GA bar admission; strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.
