CORPORATE | PARTNER: Our client, an AMLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Corporate Partner to join its growing Korean Practice. The Partner will represent Korean-based companies conducting business in the United States on sophisticated domestic and cross-border corporate and transactional matters, including fund formation, securities transactions, capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate counseling. The Partner will also advise clients on strategic business matters, maintain and expand client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the firm’s Korean Practice. 

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have 10+ years in significant experience handling sophisticated corporate and transactional matters, including fund formation, securities, and capital markets transactions. Candidates must have demonstrated business development relationships with Korean-based companies conducting business in the United States and an established, portable book of business. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials and excellent communication and drafting skills, along with a proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships. Candidates must be admitted and in good standing in an applicable U.S. jurisdiction and satisfy the admission requirements of their resident office jurisdiction.
