HEALTHCARE LITIGATION | ASSOCIATE (2-4 YRS): Our client, an AMLaw 200 firm, is seeking a Healthcare Litigation Associate to join its nationally recognized Healthcare Practice. The Associate will represent healthcare providers in sophisticated litigation and regulatory disputes, including matters involving the False Claims Act and other healthcare regulatory issues.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have 2-4 years of meaningful healthcare litigation experience, preferably gained in a law firm setting, with specific experience representing healthcare providers in False Claims Act matters and regulatory disputes. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials and superior legal research, writing, and analytical skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
