LITIGATION | PARTNER (10+ YRS): Our client, a national firm, is seeking a Partner to join its First Party Property Coverage and General Liability practice. This role offers the opportunity to take on a leadership position within a growing litigation team, managing complex matters while contributing to the strategic direction and growth of the firm.

The Partner will lead high-stakes insurance coverage and general liability matters, advising clients through claim investigations and litigation strategy. Responsibilities include independently managing cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. The role also involves supervising associates and staff, conducting legal research and drafting substantive briefs and pleadings, representing clients in court and before administrative agencies, and providing strategic counsel on liability, coverage issues, and litigation risk. In addition to legal responsibilities, the Partner will contribute to firm leadership functions such as mentoring attorneys, supporting hiring efforts, and participating in operational and business development initiatives.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 10+ years of litigation experience, including at least 5 years handling first-party property and/or third-party coverage matters; strong experience in litigation, negotiations, and mediations; superior analytical, research, and communication skills; ability to manage cases independently and lead teams; and active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction. Portable business is a plus but not required.
