REAL ESTATE - COMMERCIAL | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm,  is seeking a mid level Associate to join its Real Estate Practice. The Associate will work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, development matters, and leasing.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have 3 or more years of experience representing clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. Candidates should have significant experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, development work, and leasing. Strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and business acumen are required. Large law firm experience is strongly preferred.
