HEALTHCARE TRANSACTIONS / M&A | MID TO SENIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3+ YRS): Our client, AmLaw 50, is seeking a midlevel to senior Associate to join its nationally ranked Healthcare Transactions group. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value corporate transactions within the healthcare industry alongside a leading team of practitioners.

The Associate will represent for-profit and nonprofit healthcare companies, private equity sponsors, and institutional investors in a wide range of transactions. Responsibilities include supporting and leading mergers and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting due diligence, and advising on deal structuring. The role also involves navigating healthcare regulatory considerations that impact transactions, requiring close collaboration with regulatory teams and providing strategic guidance to clients operating in a highly regulated industry.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 3+ years of corporate M&A experience (preferably at a large law firm); familiarity with healthcare regulatory issues; strong academic credentials; excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills; and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a team-oriented environment.
